There is enough money to go around for almost everything but well, the ones with capital have a much mucch stronger bargaining position these days than those with labour, but this is changing.

tldr also low rate environment has jacked up every single asset price tremendously, this is why housing has jacked up a lot since post 2008.

Which opinion? The fact that the personal vanity parade Trump wanted would have caused damage to infrastructure? Or about the deep richness of a person, living a self-reported soft life, turning around and accusing an entire country of being soft? One of the reasons being that, erm, people working under living wage want wages to catch up to increased costs of living? That in general people are justifiably clamoring for proportional pay increase (also coming back to my earlier point that it spells trouble for a nation when it's more focused on accumulating its wealth into a handful of elite, rather than nation-building)?

As always, your life and choice and your parents' business to put up with it in your collective home, but be real when breaking down other people's living circumstances y'know.
