I can't help but to find it funny that the guy came home from Iraq and found his wife had cheated on him with a Master's Degree. She then left him to become a middle manager in state government. And it is the college's fault. 😂It astounds me what passes for a college education these days. My Son's mother went back to school while I was overseas in the 2000's. When I came home, she had a master's degree in "Women's Studies."
Here was a person who wept at the sight of the Integral sign in mathematics, had an undergraduate minor in English but had never read John Keats "Ode to a Grecian Urn" and could not distinguish the Battle of Waterloo from the Battle of Gettysburg, yet she was an honor student in her field. Soon after graduation she left to pursue other interests. I understand she became an H.R manager for our State's A.G office, which is apropos, I guess.
Many people like her become radicalized when they feel that they are not compensated for their learning and I guess that is the point all along, to create an army of angry and frustrated nincompoops to staff Government agencies and H.R departments across the land.
