I usually see these posted around Mother's and Father's day as a bit of a counterbalance to the saccharinity and sweeping familial love comments. Some truly creepy stories out there. I wouldn't ever want to shame a person like the one above into "reuniting with their pops before she lost the chance," assuming she's out of contact. But people say that.

Periodically there's noise made on an oily corner of the internet about some singer or actor girl who turns 18, and the creepometer readings ping around on various social media. Like, really informed comments from 30-40+ year old males. I thought dilbert tracked teen popstars, but maybe I had him pegged wrong.
