It's nice that there might be something positive here. No indication of it in irl talks with "conservative" friends though, who seem to be either Trumpist or Republican voters who voted for Trump because he's the Republican. At least some of the ones who spouted off about "rule of law" during police violence protests have clammed up with Trump abusing his pardon power and threatening/blackmailing officials.

They're already prattling on about midnight vote dumps and such. Again I saw something of a "Bu-bu-but _____ was ahead by x votes at y% reporting. How is it possible they lost?" It's at best a fundamental misunderstanding about things like mail-in ballots where they falsely assume they would be split 50-50.
