Last year I took a scan of my chest that showed I had two lung nodules. Basically small growths in the lungs. One was .4 cm and another was 1mm. I took another scan yesterday and the results showed that the .4cm decreased to .2 cm and the 1 mm disappeared. No lung cancer. I am unstoppable.

i wouldn't be surprised if a fair number of doctors have done drugs. they are mostly upper-middle class. medical school is 7 years here. you think someone from a good background in college for 7 years and going to dinner parties in their middle-aged isn't trying weed or coke or MD?

With my regimen of walking ~3 miles after work since the beginning of quarantine, I've lost about 7 lbs from where I was in wintertime (158 to 151, to be precise). Additionally, I started doing a lot more exercises at home after consulting with people who know about that and definitely think there's a noticeable improvement. Ironically I'm probably in the best beach shape of my life at a time when it's imprudent to go to one. Still want to actually do some more sprint and proper running to improve cardio, though my Fitbit does say my resting heart rate has dropped a few BPM during these times.

I did a 10 mile hike today. I'm trying to fit in a quick little thru-hike in august on the trans-catalina (no, macbeth) trail. It's 40 miles. I'm hoping to be able to complete it within a 4 day time frame. The weather is nice enough that I'll probably just bring a tarp and cowboy camp instead of setting up a tent.

Not really tbh. There are a few climbs but that's only 550 meters or so. The hike I did today was about 2500' / 800 meter climb.

I'm not a camper myself. In my thinking I have a job I work at so I don't end up sleeping in a tent.
