I was watching the Mueller testimony today. The guy was as slow and lost as you would expect a 74 year old to be. He reminded me of Joe Biden in the last debate who was also old and lost. I'm not saying we should turn society into Logan's Run but the time of the Baby Boomers really needs to come to an end.

mueller was fine. any criticisms of his performance are purposefully overblown. the issue here is that he is technical and process oriented whereas the opposition are political (hence the patently political smear that claims he is senile and clueless). trump people aren’t interested in detail or fine legal distinction making, things which are ordinarily important in government. the current AG will just make some airy pronouncements and take control of the narrative by making it political rather than legal.

I know a sitting President can't be indicted, but they could still hold an investigation and give an opinion and/or indict him once he leaves office.

and that is precisely what he said could happen. he said from the outset that he would not give any comment on ongoing matters, which are more suitably directed to the FBI or department of justice. he has done everything by the book, not 'undermined' anything. still not sure why he's being spoken about as if he's an incompetent baby boomer.

Baby boomers have a death grip on middle and senior admin positions. You also have them holding onto the best and most interesting subjects and extra curriculars. "World Culture and Geography" taught by a person old enough to have voted for Reagan and can't use the internet.
The school lost 3 young permanent subs this year because the baby boomer they were covering for came back. So a bunch of 20 something's had to give up their spots so sickly white bearded men can teach a bunch of teens that they have nothing in common with.
When I first started at this school there was a young perm sub there who gave me tips and taught me how the school worked. The teacher he was covering for was in his late 50s and gave himself cancer by smoking. The young friendly sub had to leave so the old grouchy half Zombie Polish American teacher can teach a class less than 20% white. The resentment between him and the class is at least mutual.
The other sub used to stand in the hallway between classes and always said "Hey, Mr. Macbeth" while also talking to his students and others passing by. Whenever I pass by the class now I see the struggling to survive Pole sitting at his desk with the kids staring at him while he stares at oblivion.
Today while I was going to the bathroom I saw a 60 year old teacher with a bad hip limping to the bathroom I planned to use. What do I do? I can speed walk past him to the bathroom and make him wait while he catches up. What did I do? I walked fast past him to that bathroom and he had to wait. If he wanted speedy bathroom time, he should have took his pension and retired.
