I'm just going on the observable data, that the world as created by northern Europeans, except maybe the French, is culturally the better one, as evidenced by the fact that in general there is net migration into Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand, and net migration out of Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Russia and South America, none of which has anything to do with available resources, climate or arability of the land.
