Nothing from what I know. Just been losing weight lately. I just finished dinner and am having a beer and I checked in at 138.0 with clothes on. I can't eat more because I'm just not hungry. I want to go biking this summer and spring but am afraid of losing more weight.

Bodybuilding.com has good resources, as well, but they're generally the same.

It always seems wrong to me when a fat person is given a leadership position or be made boss. Usually people with self control issues and no respect for their bodies make bad leaders.
More often than not, a fat boss is a lazy and slow worker. I assume them to be unless proven otherwise.
