yeah, i'm a firm believer in nationalizing most resource and infrastructure-related economy. I like socialism...I'm probably one of the most "left" leaning people that post on this site. But no matter what system you introduce, you can't remove the one common thread - people are sometimes fucked up. To me it's more of a mentality and understanding of the social contract that needs to change. We need to get more enlightened and disconnected from consumerism. the crusades into the middle east were a good thing. that isn't popular to say though because the leaders of modern multicultural states have turned their backs on their nation's heritage and history in order to promote a cult of victimhood among non-western people.
