I love the rims on this one, my 02 had grandpa rims. This one is missing the dual-exhausts and the 3.27 rear gears though, it currently has the 2.73s and I'm not impressed by whatever little extra mileage I may be getting if this car isn't in fact getting worse mileage than my 02 because it's heavier and missing the 2nd exhaust outlet.

edito: I ask not because i'm saying it's easy (ive never been underneath an american car before), just curious if it wouldn't be too hard. Especially since you just got it, now would be the time to get the most return from that investment

I'd like to do that but I only want to use the factory exhaust system, which is $1200 new for the parts I need from the dealership(although I have a friend that works there who may be able to get me a 200 to $300 discount) and the cars that have the applicable parts are very rare to find and need to have the differential removed in order to remove(without cutting and re-welding) the one-piece muffler-tailpipe assembly that makes up the bulk of the $1200 at ~ 500 new for each side and the single exhaust tailpipe isn't the same exact part used on the same side of the dual-exhaust system unfortunately so it can't be re-used for the side it's on. it won't fit the H-pipe on the duals. There's tons of police interceptors that come standard with dual exhausts that I might be able to save money on by ripping the H-pipe off of, but their tailpipes don't have resonators on them and I don't want that extra noise on my car.
Might just settle for single exhaust, might just suck it up and buy the aftermarket tail-pipe from Walker and some other quieter muffler to complete the dual-exhaust assembly, might just go all out stupid and just buy the damn stock exhausts parts from the stealership anyway and have them install it, I haven't decided yet.
Now that I think about it, there is also a chance that the taxi models might come with resonators, pretty sure they usually come with duals like police interceptors and they're very very easy to find at junkyards, so that would be the money, I'd have to do some research.

Wow, nevermind, according to the forums my car came without resonated exhausts so a police interceptor is fair game for the dual exhaust system, I just have to find a way to take the system off without having to cut anything up
I drive a sick lancer
Do so
Nuh uh!
My state was founded by Batman. Your opinion is invalid.
I might put a fully sik rallyart sticker on the windscreen
