I have a computer that when you shut it off, either via start button or the power button on the case will restart on it's own 3-4 seconds after being off. I have no idea what is doing that and it's annoying as hell cause the only way it will stay off is if I turn off the power from the power supply. Can someone help me
Don't know any specific solutions, could try some of these though?
Try a repair install to see if it is a glitch with windows.
Start your PC, then unplug the start/reset buttons from your motherboard in case there is a weird loop happening and try shutting it down.
Reset your BIOS.

I cleared the CMOS, and it worked. Thanks for the advice!
