Yes, you want to become a grammar NAZI commie or something? Or was that an innocent question?
Oh, and I do prefer PC as well, just occasionally ike getting on my consoles and game on.
disclude is not a word. it's improperly conjugated. it only makes sense because people can infer from the latin prefix what it means. but it isn't a real word. it has no proper etymology or history or usage.
get some new parents.
They didn't teach me the word disclude. Anyway disclude is easier to say and remember than exclude, so fuck you.Uzique The Lesser wrote:

Sitting on a couch playing video games beats sitting at a desk. Checkmate PC gamers.
Come on now. It's a nonstandard word that you can infer what it means, but include/exclude go hand in hand as opposites.War Man wrote:

"disclude" is "easier" to say than "exclude"? okay now you're in serious bullshit territory. do you want me to talk about plosive consonants vs. glottal stops? cause i can do linguistic as well as literary analysis, you know. 'exclude' is the clear normal word. disclude makes you sound like a moran.

I think 'disclude' is a perfectly cromulent word.
Maybe all you nitpickers should embiggen your scholastic horizon a bit more to see how great homeschooling is.

i have only heard those two words on QI. isn't that some QI trivia?
Cromulent and embiggens? They're from an old Simpsons episode
I can (and have) played PC games on a couch, using keyboard on lap/mouse on armrest. I can (and have) connected console controllers to PC and played on my couch.Macbeth wrote:

The only and by that I literally mean the single only benefit of console gaming is split screen, which is both being slowly eradicated from console games and by no means impossible to implement on a PC.
What has the furniture to with how video games are played?Macbeth wrote:

If you're implying that consoles are better, because you can sit on your couch in front of a big TV screen, then your argument is completely invalid.
There is no difference between a PC monitor and modern flatscreen TVs.
Game pads and joystick controllers hooked to computers have been standard for half a century.
(The other way round, hooking keyboards and mice to gaming consoles, is much less available, if possible at all.)
What if I tell you, that I have a couch in the same room as my "desk" PC and can play with 4 gamepads, keyboard+mouse and a joystick?
What if I tell you, that I can play PC games wirelessly on my big living room flat screen TV downstairs?
Your statement above is really ridiculous.
More so because the recent development of consoles is moving towards the "play everything online alone", which basically destroys the single one argument for consoles, which is local multiplayer in the living room with locally present friends.
On the other hand, PC gaming is turning towards console gaming, with the prime example of Valve/Steam's 'Big Screen' mode and their upcoming dedicated PC gaming console.
you could give me a couch woven from the tears and condensed joy of a thousand virgins, pleasure-factor x100, and i'd still prefer a desk with a nice, close monitor and a mouse/keyboard set-up.

I prefer gaming on consoles, it's just less hassle
and less engaging
I don't like autoaim and the fact that the gmae/console/cotroller decides how fast turn your character in shooters.
Until the day I get a complete HC setup with gearbox-shifter, pedals , steering wheel and a apropriate chair , I'll be playing all driving games on console though .
