Since I'm down here in the Pacific the Eurovision song contest doesn't play a big part here. On the news before the final results etc they had a brief snippet of Lordi's amazing costumes and I'm glad they won. anyone willing to dress up like that must have such a stage presence and good on them for that.
I've just come from watching C4, that's one of the local music channels. Just before the end they chose to play Lordi's video "Hard Rock Halelujah". For a song named 'Hard rock' it's an excellent pop song. Not hard rock and barely rock. Not taking it away from them, like I said, their costumes rule, but I think that's why they won, ("Nah Ty, no shit?")
Make a World song contest. That would rule! Exclude America though...
