The narrator discusses how people use the 'cultural' sentiment of the place to casually vent their publicly hidden racist views in front of blacks. I believe it's a legitimate point and a good-profitable business model. People get off on power more than anything.
I'm pretty sure I actually have been there before, not during the crazy drunken hours though.

The concept works well but it's a morally bad one, using hatred to attract business. Whatever sells I guess. But to answer the question, I would never eat there unless there was nobody there at the time and I still definitely wouldn't talk shit like that, it would be all about the food
