Average employee is just plain fucked, regardless.

I'm thinking it'd be a win-win if the executive shareholders and union decided to bleed each other out in a protracted legal fight.

I prefer Little Debbie anyway, better pricing.

I see the 'win' for anyone who isn't an executive or union member, but who is the second 'win' for? It's a lose-lose for parties directly concerned, surely. Unless you mean to suggest that they actually wish to commit financial suicide?
