I really miss the old Planetside 1 customization of classes. Game isn't too bad though, need to make adjustments to controls and fricken unlock stuff.
Unlocks are pricy, so I am gonna have a long time unlocking something.

Lol, I was the 2nd crewman(had to act as both rear gunner and bombadier) in a liberator. Me and this guy were just owning, until some very pissed off fighters gained up on us and shot us down. Good fun.

Yeah, with the most recent patches, cert gain is painfully slow and a lot of the cert requirement points are a lot more than they used to be from 3-4 weeks ago.War Man wrote:

Well hopefully soon they'll bring back getting cert points while you're offline. But I read today on the forums they said they want shit to cost a fuck ton of points because they want it to be a game you really have to work on and that the fun of it should last longer than a couple weeks like in BF or MW. They also said that 80% of the unlocks will be easily obtainable for the casuals, but for the hardcore, that last 20% will be obviously harder to get, but much more rewarding.
Geese, the certification bonus was awesome, too bad I wasted some of them.

Had a good bit of playing when I first got in, but haven't played much at all lately. Things are constantly changing (esp. regarding the meta game or lack thereof), still tons of bugs, performance is terrible even at the lowest settings (yet my computer can still run the newest shit on almost the highest settings). I get that it's beta and there's lot to be improved upon, but when they say it'll be ready for a full blown release in November, it has me worried.
In any case, I've got so much other stuff to play than this buggy mess. It's fun and all, but tough to get some solid play in when characters are getting wiped and you're losing your friends list, and CTDs stop any momentum you had.

Too slow. I gave out the last couple keys I had because it's 2 weeks from release and couldn't find anyone to take them.
Too many good games coming out lately. Between Halo 4, Natural Selection, Dota2, Horizon and Planet Side 2 I don't know where I'm going to find the time to play them all!

The way the site puts explains, signing up only seems to put you in the queue for a beta code. I'm sure you can probably download it without one though. Whatever I'll sign up real quick and see if I can get in just like that

Ah well that blows. I stopped playing beta due to the fact that they kept resetting your stats and unlocks and shit. It's a great game, but I'll wait for the official release before i start playing again.
