I joined a clusterfuck of a TDM game and got my EOD kill that way. Took like 5 minutes, but I reckon I got lucky and came up behind an enemy.

The MTAR is pretty cool, shoots very fast, sometimes I surprise myself by getting kills where I thought my recoil went through the roof and I missed every shot. Also, it's very accurate hipfire even with no attachments. I'd argue you don't even have to ADS for medium range with a laser/foregrip

I likes that you get credit for vehicles. When I started that assignment, it seemed nobody was using soflams, spawn beacons, or tugs anymore. Everytime I would hear a beep I would start looking around and there would never be anything...

Don't play a current multiplayer FPS until someone releases one that is worth a shit? The fanbase is huge and the current big-name titles are stale as can be, but eventually someone will release one worth buying (DayZ standalone? Arma3?).

What I'm trying to say here is that "there's currently nothing better than this mediocre example of the genre" doesn't really scream "you should spend money on this!"...

Honestly, if there are still people playing it and you still have fun, then stick to that. BF3 with all of its DLC will not provide any more enjoyment.

BF3 DLC has imo been sorely disappointing. I waited 2 months to buy premium and now regret it. Close Quarters is absolute trash, and Armored Kill is unplayable on the console. Then I see a friend buy BF3 + Premium for only $50 at the store a couple of weeks ago. FUCK YOU EA
