unless you plan to do serious overclocking on the configuration above, 750W psu is way over the top. but other than that - yeah, that looks about right.

I'd take a HD7870 over a GTX570. Generally higher performance, newer tech, same or lower cost and lower power usage.
CM 690 is good but there are other decent choices in the same price range eg Corsair 400R. Whatever you like the look of.
There are other good motherboard options out there as well. eg ASUS P8Z77-V xx, ASRock Z77 Extreme 4.
PSU just depends on what you plan on doing/adding. Decent brand 650w+ is perfectly unless you plan on multiple video cards.
