Yes, they do, imagine if you're writing out some long-ass text and then SHIT you moved over the end call key and you're back at the main menu. Touch buttons suck ass.[REB]Qrite wrote:

for a fatty you're a serious intellectual lightweight.
Time to put this thread to sleep, I think.
I need around tree fiddy.
it fun seeing how lol even phones from 5 yrs ago seem
People like to bitch about Apple but they really did change the cell phone industry. I remember back in high school how popular these things were
I think people bitch about their practices more than their innovation. I mean will the investors of simple machines sue all of civilization.
<3 razr twas a good phone, long long battery life.

I wonder how much more Apple and Samsung could put into their phones if they weren't constantly clawing at each other for patent infringement.
i still have a razr, needed a phone without a data plan. have a samsung stratosphere for a phone with data. wife has razr max, that thing went all day with gps recently . . .jsnipy wrote:

Apple did clearly invent the modern smartphone.
Here are all the phones I owned in chronological order.
Here's my first phone, the Sony Ericsson T300. I'm pretty sure it was this one. I just remember it had that shape and a camera attached underneath it. I got it in fifth grade. My parents were good about not getting me anything I needed. I wanted a phone earlier but they didn't let me have one until I needed it.
So that Sony Ericsson one broke and then I got this Motorola flip phone that I liked a lot. V550
Eventually that one died so I went back to Sony Ericsson and they lasted a lot longer. Love Sony Ericsson phones. This one was a w880i
My contract expired after two years so I bought this bad boy! Still works just great. I gave it to my sister when I bought a smartphone,
Here's my current phone. I wanted one I could go online with but was cheap so I got an AT&T Fusion GoPhone. I like it a lot but it has a terrible storage system. I can't pick if I want my photos to save on the SD card or the internal memory it seems. I want to transfer all my downloaded apps onto the memory card and photos so I can have room.
It's a good android but it could be a lot better.
My favorite of all my phones was the w995. It had really really long battery life. An 8.1MP camera, a walkman feature, and more.

And above your tomb, the stars will belong to us.

I was using a galaxy 3 earlier and fell in love with it. Beats the shit out of my HTC sensation and my HTC rapes iphones. Am totally won over by android.
mines just a galaxy ace, baby version of the 2/3. still a lovely phone though. and yup, i don't think i'll ever buy a non android/samsung again.

this thread was fantastic to read through, DonFck's "GOT WLAN?" cracked me up, oh boy
teds that nokia you have is total mint, love that phone. One of the first with colour screen and polyphonic ring-tings if I remember correctly. And that Sony Ericsson you and Shifty had was like like when the iPhone 4 came out levels of cool, was a must-have at the time.
Let's do a run-down of my phones..
Nokia 3330, got it when I was about 12/13, played Snake on it and never had credit. Was to excite the bitches, innit. Built like a brick, had WLAN.
Second one was a Sony Ericsson T-something-or-other, the one on the right here. I just got major nostalgia chillfactor looking at it.
Terrible phone, the selector stick broke very quickly, no internal storage etc etc.
Then I had this little bugger in black
Pretty terrible. Not much more to say.
Then I had a very terrible Samsung which was worse than the Razr and so bad I've completely blocked the model number out my face.
Then I got a Blackberry Bold 8800
Had the scroll wheel and urrthan. Pretty decent, first Wifi phone, mostly used for watching Youtube videos in the shower.
Now I have this sexy machine
BlackBerry Bold 9900. Touch screen, 1.2Ghz Snapdragon, physical QWERTY keyboard, all the gadgets any other smartphone has (minus the useless for my needs app stores). Love it to bits. Sexxxxy.

yup, that nokia caused much discussion in my form at school. as did the SE, although i avoided telling everyone it was awful. battery ended up exploding after about 9 months of my contract.

No it didn't. You're thinking of the 3330 that had WAP.Finray wrote:
