Can anybody recommend any good OO diagram/modelling software? Preferably something with code generation (Java) and support for interfaces/inheritance.

I'm looking around myself, but am interested in feedback/opinions which anybody might have

Enterprise Architect is good for all around; used it for modeling messaging traffic/contracts but no "oo of a single application".

Try UML2 modeling in Eclipse, before spending money on anything, specifically class diagrams which is what would generate almost directly in code.
