i need a job
have i got a job for you!
what does it involve is it releavnat to my major
Got promoted onto a very elite team at work in June. Now my old job has totally destroyed my old projects and programs out of sheer ignorance... But everyone still associates those things with me. They were working perfectly when I left... Now they changed every procedure to totally break every policy we have. *saves emails*
I hope it's nothing English based.Hurricane2k9 wrote:

There's fuck-all in terms of entry-level science lab tech sorts of things. Perhaps I can get a part time gig as a tutor for stupid middle and high schoolers, though.
I thought you were going to dentist school?
Next year. I need something to do in the meantime so I can offset some of the tidal wave of debt I'll be taking on.

In other news: I have a meet-and-greet with a staffing place for a lab job on Monday. Here's hoping good things happen to bad people.
Nah, they usually have a lot of paid internships (the Big 4 firms, several defense contractors, etc) but competition is always tough.
Good luck with your event!

Went to work yesterday with a cold. Wasn't as bad as it could have been, but four sectors is enough ups and downs to make it uncomfortable.
Just spent the last 3 hours cleaning up an exploded paint can. A mess i didnt make.

Still waiting for word back from the place I interviewed.
However, apparently 53% of recent college grads are under- or unemployed, so I got that going for me.
