Good, young team in Montreal but there's no definitive franchise forward (or D-man... sorry, Subban's not THAT good) on the team. You're in for possibly another year of rebuilding unless they can somehow reel in Parise. They'll most likely be drafting Grigorenko who is either a C or RW, but they desperately need a top 4 d-man.
I can see this as your top 6:
Pacioretty-Desharnais-Cole
Bourque-Plekanec-Grigorenko
Then add a top 4 D-man to Diaz, Subban and Gorges and you've got a decent D line. Without one, not much better next year.

And Markov is so much of a question that we cannot consider him at this point.
Also we do not see anything really solid in the junior leagues that has been signed by the Habs.
We love Subban, it was makgin a lot of years we didn't had a player with flamboyant style (read behavior) but in reality he's just above average.

The only thing that would be burning when the Kings most likely sweep this series is every Luongo jersey in existence. Although it was hardly his fault that the offense hasn't shown up whatsoever, I think Vancouver fans are on their last nerve with them and a 1st round loss is pretty much all they need to send him packing. He has a NTC but I'm sure he'd be willing to give it up to go to somewhere else competitive that needs goaltending severely. Toronto perhaps. Though if they don't get a first line center soon they're going to be terrible again next year.
