Updating now, but I can't say I'm terribly excited for it. I'm more looking forward to the BF2:SF night a clan is putting on here in Australia on Saturday.
I must say though, I do like the idea of instantly getting the vehicle unlocks (60k points for the TVGMs? Seriously? In BF2 you needed a grand total of 0) but I don't play this game enough to justify the $18 price tag.

Well, heavy barrel def seems better on assault rifles than suppressor now. Also it only takes 2 mcom attacks for a ribbon and 4 suppressions now.

a better fix overall would be killing bads who are near an mcom. doing it the other way around (like flag defends) where you kill someone while you're near an mcom just aids the already shit snipers

Yeah, I couldn't wait to finish it today. I'd unload a whole clip and do 12% damage. I had to be toe to toe to get kills with the damn thing. I think it was better pre patch.

The Saiga 12k is miles better in comparison.

The new MANPADS tweak is quite nice. Gives you a chance at least without having to pop off five missiles. They've done something with the M40A5/ACOG though, not as accurate as before. Almost seems to fly wide right of the chevron.

Also, the Assault guy has black arms now.

What happened to the lovely FAMAS. Yes, it was a little overpowered, but they took it to the extreme and it's utterly worthless now unless you're super close quarters. It's an assault rifle, not a PDW. Fucking DICE. Fucking. DICE.
