Hello,

Any one know of a good CPU & GPU temperature monitor program without having to go into BIOS. Tried a couple but they don't seem to support my nice new shiny AMD FX 8150 Eight core processor.

Cheers all

RivaTuner?

It's built for overclocking so it might have too many bells and whistles for just the monitoring you need to do.
Also it doesn't have automatic updates for every single videocard that is released so you might have to go to their website and manually download the patch for yours.

I prefer RealTemp, simple and straight-forward to use. It monitors individual core temperatures, along with your GPU.

GPU-Z is a good dedicated GPU monitor - includes temperatures, core clocks, etc.

I had a problem on an atom processor with RealTemp a few months ago so I posted it on the forum, literally within about 20 minutes the creator replied to my post with an updated exe which fixed my problem. I can probably still find the post.

I thought that was pretty cool and the program is great.

I use CoreTemp plus the Windows 7 gadget for CPU and then a GPU monitor gadget for my Nvidia card. There are plenty out there and I think it's really just a matter of taste.
