Karkand still plays a bit like in BF2...a meat grinder at hotel until someone has the smarts to back-cap. Sharqi, hmm, they added one or two CPs in CQ large but roughly plays the same, TV station is key, sneak round the back and watch out for clays. Being able to climb up the hill is a bit strange.
From BF2 I'd like to see Mashtuur and Songhua - BF3's engine would do wonders for both. Ghost town from SF too.
From BF1942, I'd like to see pretty much any of them, but in a pinch I'd pick El Alamein, Tobruk, and Market Garden. From Road to Rome, I would say Monte Cassino. I think Omaha Beach would be more of a turkey shoot than it was in BF1942, though destruction on the bunkers could change the dynamic a bit.
BFV, maybe Quang Tri.
Didn't buy secret weapons or BF2142, so couldn't say for them.
