Magnum is a beast; takes a person down to 40% health in close quarters. The magnum is great for finishing people off. If you run out of ammo and you've hit the person at least twice than the magnum will be a fight-stopper.

My favorite is the 1911 w/tactical light. It hits hard and the rate of fire isn't too bad. I think it's the best compromise between rapid-firing/low damage and slow-firing/high damage handguns.

If you played BC2 at all, then you know how pointless of an attempt that will be. Scoped .44 gives you more options if you can aim two shots.

Use the REX it kills in as much bullets as the .44 and shoots much faster

Care to enlighten us with your intellect that apparently surpasses us? Sisco and I both agree that the SKS is amazing. The SKS's damage decreases the slowest over distance compared to other sniper rifles, it holds 21 rounds instead of the usual 11, and it has all the features the other sniper rifles have like 12x scopes, silencers, bipod, etc.

I don't think it's the best gun in the game, although I may have said so out of enthusiasm, but it's an all-around great battle rifle.

it's a semi auto spray-rifle for cqc, but for a sniperrifle, just pure shit . Above ~30meters it will ALWAYS take FOUR body shots to kill someone...or 1 headshot and 2 body shots , or 2 straight headshots...might aswell use a PKP

the best semi-auto sniper-rifles are the M39 and the QBU-88 simply because they have the most range.

You can fire those shots in a faster succession than with any other semi-auto sniper. Plus its slick design does not take up so much of your screen. You should use any of those with a silencer anyway, thus negating the range bonus of the other two.

First off, don´t bring that > shit. Second, if you´re sniping ~1000 meters or more you should take a bolt action rifle and then kill yourself.
