I don't even need that thing. I only use the x7 Russian scope and x4 ACOG scopes. Anything too close for the scopes gets dealt with the laser sight hip-fire accuracy boost.

The IRNV isn't as good on the USAS-12 with frag rounds, so I'm gonna go ahead and say it's a completely balanced attachment.
