How about you use custom settings to recreate classic BF2 style as far as it's possible?

I.e. no killcam, only squad leader spawning, no enemy name tag, a bit longer respawn time, no health regen, FF on, no 3D spotting.
I think that would surely increase the amount of teamplay.
Let's see how that works with all the new changes in BF3.

Why is "only squad leader spawn" still off and "player respawn time" lowered to 69% ?
Is respawn time the the same time span that a downed player can be revived?
If so, this needs to be increased to more than 100%, as IMO, a lot of the time you can't really fulfill your role as medic.

If we're doing classic bf2 then ff doesn't really need to be on, it doesn't add anything other than tk's and annoyances
plus isn't it still designed so that there's literally no real penalty to the tk'er? so it is literally ONLY a 'realism mode engaged' shifty annoyance.

The ones you can't really counter by tactics, teamplay and positioning - only by doing the same first.
