Discuss. It's what most europeans think anyway.
Don't speak as if you know what "most" europeans think.Have you seen and talked to people from all over europe or just from your local area?
Thank you for managing to stereotype TWO nations/areas, kthxbai.CameronPoe wrote:

When I was on a summer holiday in USA i was asked if I would be taking the train back to Ireland. Another person asked me if Ireland was off Interstate-95...

I agree with that actually. For the most part, you average American is just as smart as your average person from any other country with a semi decent education system, it's just somehow, they never appear to get taught geography.
I would say at least half are pretty fucking stupid . The other half is cut up into 3rd's . Smart people , super smart people and then the idiot savants .
CameronPoe - we have a lebanaon is Texas
Something quite funny about you Eroupeans . In a nut shell your the kind of people who would take a bunch of punches to the face and not fight back because two wrongs don'e make a right . And fail to accept that the world is not such a nice place after all most of the time . And your obsession with cheese and wine is almost on a sexual level . Pretty strange

I think this is the case in any country large enough. People are more likely to know about global geography if they can't go five hundred miles in any direction without hitting a border. I don't think US citizens are any worse than Chinese, Indian, Brazilian or Russian citizens.cyborg_ninja-117 wrote:

Yeah on the whole I think that the main problem is that the vast majority of Americans aren't unintelligent per say they just often suffer from sever ignorance of the world outside the borders of U.S or in some cases the outskirts of their own town.
Maybe this will help?
i remember when that "gal" who plays buffy (i think sarah michelle geller or something) was on "friday night with Jonathan Ross" and halfway through the interview she says "it's like we speak two different languages" and jonathan replies "yes mines english, whats yours?". no offence intended to anyone but i don't like the american spelling of colour, honour etc... it just seems lazy.
thats something id do to screw with people. once these people asked me where the nearest grocery store was and i said.. its that way and pointed both ways :pCameronPoe wrote:

you damn right.. but that's because the americans uses a special kind of math... you know - the kind where the winner is the person with the fewest amount of votes total, if you were voting for... eg. president..cyborg_ninja-117 wrote:
well, go learn math in an american education system, tell u what. it is WAY harder than the european one.
