I just about pissed myself laughing when I heard that. Hell, all the shock paddle yells are funny, doubly so with the Russians due to the accent. And then the patient just goes "thanks, doc".
You'd think they'd only play those VOs when the paddles/knife connects with an enemy. BC2 had the same problem, when your character would scream mean and terrible things at the door he was knocking down. It was amusing, but it let any enemy nearby know your location.

Also the Jeep spotted calls are odd. They seem to express a certain amount of surprise that a Jeep would dare show its face while blaming others for not spotting it first.

Most of it is very inane, childish comments - I assume tailored to those who still think it's downright hilarious as long as you throw in as many expletives as possible. The one time I did laugh at one of the lines was "Grenade Muthafuckaaah!", though the novelty wore off fast. Russian voices are even worse - being translated into English being one of the reasons. The hardcore sounding Russian voices from BC1 were great, and of course BF2's voices were native.

It took me a couple of rounds to realize that it was actually me, the medic, saying this.
Thought it was a solider next to me who was spotting/shoting at enemies but there you go...

Anyone have a clue why these incredibly messed up voice commands are utilized?
Were they there in the Alpha/Beta too?

EDIT:
Could it be that the medic "taunts" should actually be used when defibbing an enemy?
Then it would somewhat make sense.

He was some derpo sniper on metro prone next a car at last objective on metro, I stood in front of him and tried 3 times aiming directly at him but nothing. BF2 shock paddles were the best, miss those days, I think i was #1 in AU for shock paddle kills for a period.

Buggy as hell, same with BC2, though BC2 was a little better. I don't like how the paddles work in this game, feels like you fire out a globe of hit confirm, whereas in BF2 it was a nice big medical sign laser.
