T3 BC's may regain my interest in this game for a bit. Being a Minmatar fan(who's not these days in 0.0, lol), I'm hoping the tornado is a beast. If it turns out to be faster than the hurricane I may have to stockpile some and see how many I can lose in a couple weeks time.
Someone up at ccp needs to really keep a tally of the total number of tornadoes lost in the first week eve-wide. I'd lol bein' an amarr victor like I am.

I have a small dilemma. I'm trying to build my brother's char into a mission runner. He's got some pretty good skills, and he's in a raven. Planning to fly a CNR. We're getting some pretty good LP returns off of the missions, the char has 42k LP.
Would it be wise to try and save up to purchase a CNR from LP? or buy the mods I would need to fit with the LP and then buy the CNR with creds?

Buy the CNR, LP the mods. The ship's only as good as the mods it's equipped with. not to mention a fully Caldari Navy fit CNR would be smoothing mission sailing for life. That is if you're doing mission for CN.

Don't get a CNR, just train a Tengu. Skillplan is short and Tengu>CNR by a mile.

CNR is the plan, Tengu is further down the line. Right now I have his char training AWU 5. It needs a bit of work. I want him to have Caldari Frigs, Cruisers and I want his BC skills to 5 as well. A nice well rounded caldari character. Then I'm hoping to crosstrain into another race.
I figure a nighthawk would be something he would enjoy, as well as a tengu.
Also, anyone ever play EOH Poker? How is it?

I'm currently flying a Megathron (PvE - Missioning) it's fully fitted now but I have a query.
In low slots I have an LAR, 2 Mag stabs, 3 armor hardeners (mission specific: usually exp and kin) and a damage control (all tech II)
Most of the popular fits I've looked at favour a 4th hardener over a damage control. Why is that? Damage control ups your effective hp considerably where as another harder will only give me <5% on a given resist.
Also, having 2 mag stabs, what is the actual effect of the second one? How much are its effects penalized?
