I'm all for the SSI program. However, even if they were paying these taxes under false/stolen SS#, because they broke the law and were here illegally, that money is forfeit as far as I am concerned.
It pisses me off because I know I will never see any of MY money when I'm eligible because it will all be gone.

Ya, annoying as hell, it really needs to be put to a stop.
We should allow them to receive their social security checks, then fine them for illegally coming into our country. I am all for immigrant rights, and I understand that the government does not want to illegally hold SS contributions, but at the same time, these people are exploiting our government by using illegal means to obtain jobs. How can we as a country adopt the platform of, its illegal to cross the border without proper documentation, its illegal to live and work in this country without proper documentation, but if you show fraudulent documentation to legally work here, you get your money?

They should of taken all that extra money from the illegals & created a new ss where everyone has their own personal fund to invest how they see fit.
