It's the third day ig, you smoke one yet? I have quit smoking daily for several months, but I still smoke a fag socially a party or something :p

Being sick certainly helps quitting smoking, pretty much all the times I wanted to quit were while I was sick lol. I seriously think that changing my "routine" made it so much easier to quit, I never even think about smoking, I don't crave them. When I started to quit I discovered how amazing electronic/dubstep/trance music can be. I also started dressing nicer so I wouldn't want to stink up my good cloths. The hardest time NOT to smoke a cigarette is when I was driving (and I always used to listen to rap). I feel like changing the music (or "atmosphere") it made me not think about smoking. Maybe my brain associates rap and cigarette smoking lol.

ya, itll be a lot easier in mexico since neither of my roommates smoke, and most of the people i know that are already down there dont either, even tho they all smoke weed :p
