Yeh, I would agree with this. Wasnt really worth the price I paid for it whenever it came out, but for cheap it does some nice (relatively unique as far as I know) things. If a developer that isnt Eden picks up the genre then I think there could be a really good game in a couple of years.

I had been waiting for DoWII:Retribution to be on sale, so I got that (gifted from Europe because it was half the price lol). Still have tonnes of games I havent finished (or started).

Yeah you can drive through traffic without being in any kind of race. It´s what I did mostly. For some reason I really enjoyed just driving from one end of the island to another.

So yeah it's a really fun game. Very tactical to say the least. Playing against a friend is mad fun, and there are multiple game modes to suit anyone's taste.

You can create your own custom maps and set ups, hostage situations etc. Attacking/defending hostage situation with/against a buddy is sweet. Since it's turn based it enables you to run multiple games at the same time, meaning you can play against multiple people in multiple games while only running the game once. I caught on very quickly (and that's saying something ). Easy to learn controls and super fun game modes. I wonder why no one has thought of this before.

Obviously it's not graphically amazing or visually stunning as everything is wire drawn, but it's a really fun game for the price. Nothing super serious or competitive just fun and intense.

8.5ish / 10

I think the art style works really well, it would just be cluttered if it was more detailed. It is pretty much Words with Friends but instead of scrabble, you are planning out tactical operations.
