To be fair I don't remember what it was like apart from it was quite sweet, not a fan of sickly drinks (kopparberg summer fruits etc) like that

Kasteel blonde as in Kasteelbier blonde? It's brewed in my town and the owner of the brewery lives across the street. When he celebrated his wedding anniversary, everybody in the neighborhood got six bottles of Kasteelbier

Because those 75 cl bottles of Kasteelbier are more of a niche thing and they want to make it look special? You rarely see it in stores. Standard bottle is 33 cl and looks like this
