The Mount & Blade/M&B Warband pack and Mount & Blade: Fire and Sword (released May 3) are both on Steam sale.
JUst bought Fable 3 for release in a few weeks
I want Fable 3.
Cyb: Think of a cross between a free-roaming 'Rune' with 'squad commands' and the overhead map of a 'Total War' game. Add horses. Give it a shot and you'll see. Start with Warband, since it's an enhanced M&B, or wait for the new one to release next week if you like firearms.
There's a wikia on the game if you want to know the item stats ahead of time, and mods a'plenty. As my sig suggests, it's also easy enough to edit yourself without going to a huge effort to do so.

Sucks I can't import my Fable 2 saves off my 360, but the benefits are minimal.
Sucks that after all this time, Fable 2 isn't on the PC.
Now this is cool
I'm playing Amnesia: The Dark Descent at the moment. Very un-nerving.

Behind all the scary noises in that game, It's just Lady Gaga chasing you down the corridors.AussieReaper wrote:

Spoiler (highlight to read):
Best way I found to combat it is to bring two sacks of arrows, the best bow you can carry and as much power draw, horse archery, riding and bow skill you can possibly spam. Leave your dudes at the start of the map and just ride sideways, shooting anyone with a boomstick until you run out of arrows. The targeting AI is still kinda wonky, so they don't really know how to lead a shot, nor do the pikemen I usually find with them know how to simply stand their ground and keep their softer buddies from getting trampled (what they do know how to do is ball up and try to chase you in circles).
Not sure what to make of the 'mercenary' armies. You can buy upgrades for them, but I'm not sure if they ever lose the 'recruit' tag.

Just bring a bigger gun than than the other homeboys, you´ll fuck shit up
Not that simple, unless someone ports in cannons. Even with carbines, reload is way too slow to outshoot a bunch of guns. You're better off with the bow.Sisco wrote:

Then you havn´t found a big enough gun yetunnamednewbie13 wrote:

Played a few hours of Viva Pinata last night. I'll take some screenshots later.
