Multi lagged like SHIT. I live in the northwest lower 48 and I couldn't play on servers based in Portland or Seattle, let alone do two-player coop with a buddy in CANADA. So we went back to BF2 for awhile.wah1188 wrote:
Operation Flashpoint can fuck off number 2 was shite. No dedicated servers made online unplayable and overall it was just a shit game.
Maybe they didn't set it to max for that group of screenshots. At any rate, it didn't affect my 9600GT one way or the other.AussieReaper wrote:

Really? I got it release day, played it and didn't see any noticeable bugs, at least not great enough for me to think of any right now in any way.Sisco wrote:

I havn´t played it myself after the horrid game ArmA was. I read a lot about it though and throughout the board lots of bugs were reported. They did a good job on patching it, heard it was playable now.Adams_BJ wrote:

Do many people even use xfire anymore? I haven't launched it in years.Uzique wrote:

very interesting when you order by rank to see, by and large, what pc gamers are actually playing
Goddamn, CoD4 is nearly at WoW..Uzique wrote:

Those are all just people who haven't moved onto Steam.Finray wrote:

Never expected to see CoD2 up that high. Damn.
Like I did, haha, used to be an avid user of XFire and never used Steam.. now I don't even have XFire installed.Doctor Strangelove wrote:

steam isn't the be-all-and-end-all for everything. the cod1/cod2 community will always be on xfire-- it grew with it and it became indispensable for clan-matches and arranging league fixtures. cod2 is actually still played by a huge number of people; but you're right, they don't use steam... why would they? if you want an active measure of steam games, they have their own global stats.Doctor Strangelove wrote:
