Is it really any Soldier? I assumed from the description it would just be Soldiers who were also weilding the sword at the time.

Can I just say that Degrootkeep is now further unbalanced, because a demoman can one hit kill with the katana any solder.
It means he can targe charge, swing once, and kill a solder. Rinse, repeat.
As if the huntsman spam wasn't bad enough. :X
Thought i'd post this.

Nothing wrong with a sevenfold increase in maps and a fourfold increase in weapons.
Hats should have been for promotions only and not drop/craft/tradeable at all.
I hate people who say new weapons add variety to the game.
Go play another game then, fucking twerps.

I didn't say that.DefCon-17 wrote:

Hardly any weapons added to TF2 after release have really brought a new variation to the same old game play.
IMO, only weapons like the Flare Gun, the Sandman, the Wrangler and the Demoknight's chivalrous melee wepaons have really changed how you play by adding long-range or short-range capabilities to the respective classes.
The biggest variation in such games comes with new maps anyway.

I didn't say you said that.
Just a general statement.
While I'm making statements, I also hate the "BUT THE UPDATES ARE FREE OMG!!111!1" faggots.
STDs are free. (Well, not always..)

is there such thing as a "vanilla" server that only has the defaults?
I'm not sure.
I know a few tried to get going. Hampshire Heavies tried a vanilla server once. I don't know how it went.

Well, to be frank, I haven't really done more in TF2 than to check out new weapons and maps for a few rounds since the Halloween update last year.Uzique wrote:

So yes, all variation that came with the updates didn't last long.
They should do more achievement based updates IMO like the Halloween ones (except maybe with less gift grinding stuff), or the original class updates.

That's not an argument if something gets wors.
The TF2 beta is free from everything.jsnipy wrote:
