Doubt it. Never had that problem in BF2 when using sights. G3 more my style anyway.

BF2 hitreg was horrible after the last patch. Crouched, burst firing over sights, at 20 yards the enemy would just turn around and kill me with one shot. That's when I uninstalled after 423 hours in the best multiplayer game I had ever played. BC2 hitreg however was far better, so hopefully that's a good indication for the new game.
