I'd never even been on Pitchfork before Uzique accused me of hipster, bro-esque mentality because I like Kanye's new album.

The only "review" site I use for media besides video games is Metacritic to get a general consensus of a movie. If a movie has an overwhelmingly bad reception on Metacritic, I'm not going to waste $13 at the movies (yes it's $13 to go to the movies here).

That's why I didn't like it as much. It was too clean and too refined. I liked Soon It Will Be Cold Enough because it was him experimenting more. I mean, Good Knight is just fucking epic.

I really like both the albums. I may like Soon It Will Be Cold Enough a little more than Safe in the Steep Cliffs but they're both great albums.

Probably already mentioned it, but I really love The Orb's Metallic Spheres. Yes, it's pure cheese and over-the-top, but it's aware of that. I've always enjoyed Gilmour's playing, and this is maybe a peek at what Pink Floyd could've sounded like if they steered into electronic stuff. It's also The Orb getting back to their cheeky dub roots. The album isn't trying to do anything, it's just a lot of fun.
