Get the comics too guys. You wont be disappointed. I have up to volume 5 of the hard covers (like 25.00 each on amazon) Such an amazing series. Plus Kirkman plans on it NEVER ENDING. Its like a Romero film with no end.

Wow, talk about advertising... I saw a swarm of zombies running-- well, limping down my street today. Apparently near the Brooklyn Bridge (where I am) and around Times Square AMC was advertising The Walking Dead by having swarms of zombie actors hit the streets.

just read book 6 (up to issue 72) getting pretty intense. Readign the series has made me really want this show to go into a full series. Some really fucked up stuff happens.
someone needs to make some sort of online 'on-demand' service here in the states for things like this. I can't be ties down in the middle of my weekend to watch this.

Reading the comics, never read comics in my life, but I have to say they are rather good. I have 1-64. And am at 10 already, only got them a couple of hours ago.
