I debated for a few minutes on whether or not I should post this in AoG, but changed my mind.

I'm sure most people in this section have at least heard of Mastermind. It's basically a competitive logic puzzle I found out about when one of my computer electronics course instructors introduced it to the class as we were messing around with low-level programming. It was pretty addicting, and was a good way to 'ground' my brain before I got started on one project or another.

There's a few flash games out there for it, but it's more fun if you can get a buddy to play it with.

lol, not sure how much this has to do with programming.  i remember playing it with my dad when i was younger though

It's relevant to logical thought process and a good thematic diversion. The instructor knew his stuff because it actually helped some people find the right mindset for programming.
