Actually, no.
The camera beard has been moved to the Misc. slot, so now I can wear it with the Ghastly Gibus and have Zombie Lincoln spy outfit.

Camera beard is a hat worn in the misc slot tbh...

It crafts and drops like a hat...

There was ~1 month were it was not considered a hat, I got like 5 of them as misc drops xD

I want one
