EDIT: But as the dev. says it is VERY buggy at the moment, and you can only connect by IP so far...

anyways yeah it's not really worth that much. not even $13.66. I'd try it for $5.

So I can just keep playing it offline?
No idea.. make the most of it while it lasts. If it gets fixed and we can't play any more I'll sort you out with a crack when it comes out.Spidery_Yoda wrote:

I'll take a few pictures of what i've made. Nothing fancy involving glass, water, lava or sheep i'm afraid. Just good old stone blocks.
You finding your way around it? Got any questions?
Here's a map of one server. 6,272 x 6,128 pixels btw

I take it you've chopped down trees and turned the raw wood into planks?
Put the planks in your hands and right click the square you want it put down.
@Shadow, follow the readme.

It's so fucking addictive, my only complaint is that night time lasts for fuckin ever, it's a pain in the ass having to wait ten minutes when you need more raw materials
Ah okay, don't know how I didn't think of that
Anyone got a server up? Been playing this for the last few days..
What you should do is gather wood as fast as you can on the first day, if you are lucky, find some coal before night too...JakAttaK wrote:

Then you wall yourself in when darkness falls and start mining (torches help you see better if you managed to find coal).
Check the time of day by punching 1block of your "door" down and quickly blocking it again if night still...
Eventually you will find yourself spending days underground without seeing the sun
(a tip: if you plan on doing ANYTHING with fire, don't build your house out of wood...)

See, I thought the appeal of gaming was to do something you can't do in real life or haven't done. Like climb gigantic monsters and slay them, or fight aliens from another dimension. Sitting around inside all day not seeing the sun, playing a game where you're sitting inside all day not seeing the sun, isFloppY_ wrote:

Yeh but my point is, if you run out of wood for torches digging through the night, you still have to wait for daytime to get more wood and it takes far too long to come around
I tried a new map
Wasn't having much luck on this one when mining... Ended up with a dungeon at max depth without even having a modest amount of rare materials
Who said something about needing rock?
I don't know what to do with all this...
This tunnel was getting claustrofobic, I hit lava after a while... How do you guys dig your tunnels btw?
Enough of this red gunk, I can't use it... Just give me some more diamonds!

Just dig in the dark...JakAttaK wrote:

I rarely find coal before the first night... Just gather ~20 lumber and process it, then dig in the dark untill you find coal...

Here's my house from the spawn point. Not much to see here.
Here's the view from the top of the stairway. Still not much to see although you can see the side of the house I guess.
Here's the view from the other end of the corridor you can see from the 2nd picture. The passageway on the left goes down to my mining room and the passage between the 2 torches goes up to the house itself.
Here's my mining room. OCD showing itself.
A few shots of the house from the ground floor. There is a top floor but there's not really anything interesting up there.
And now the cool briiiiidge.
