So I was flipping thru the channels and came across a girls high school soccer game on a local channel. I had about 15 minutes to kill so I watched it. I have to say these girls showed more intensity than any male sport I have ever watched. granted their skill was not that great but the effort and passion was unreal. It made me think of a local sports radio guy back in Columbus, Ohio who played NFL football. He coaches his daughters basketball team. He said girls will run until their legs are bloody stumps if you ask them to. I never understood that until I watched this match.
