And Activision is hardly the sole provider of yearly product. PC hardware companies, TV and electronics brands, phone companies, you name it, they market something and then market virtually the same thing a few months down the line with a few extras. Most of those are simply redesigns of earlier models.

I dunno what the hell is wrong with me, but after looking at some previews and articles on Kotaku, it actually looks pretty decent and balanced, and that they've vastly improved the MW2 formula. I think I might be getting it.... oh god...
