I'll probably get pulled back into it by my buddies soon enough, but after three hours of L4D, I've never left feeling as nonplussed and emotionally unattached as I have today. At this point, I have 218 hours on the first game and 133 on the second. For awhile, I couldn't figure out what was happening, but I finally came to the conclusion that my brain was treating it like watching the same movie over and over and over again.
It's really hard to explain, but my two top complaints are:
1) it's too easy to win
2) it's too easy to lose
I don't know if that makes sense at all, but there it is. So for now, I'm picking up my marbles and going home.

It does keep me from other games.
