That movie is called Behind Enemy Lines. It was about these two guys who crash over Bosnia and then Owen Wilson, the navigator has to make his way through the bosnian terrain with a sniper on his trail.

I enjoyed the clip but I also enjoy picking apart the non realistic parts. Missiles are much faster then the ones in that clip. They travel around 2000+ mph. Missiles can't circle around, they get one pass at you then there done. The rocket motors on missiles don't burn that long they only burn for a few seconds. Real missiles coast most of there flight. They got a radar warning and a launch indication in the cockpit so that means it has to be a radar guided missile (infra-red missiles you get no warnings) So a fire wouldn't attract radar missiles like in the clip. They dropped their tanks way to late. Thats the first thing they should have done so they make a smaller radar return and to maneuver better. I did enjoy the frag warhead on the missile.....that was at least kinda realistic.

Added: Watch the movie "Flight of the Intruder" I liked the SAM fight in that much better

plus most F/A-18s are single seat fighters and the also like souls said missles travel much faster and they cant turn like that. maybe in the future but todays missiles cant
