Nice. Today is leg day for me too. Things have been going pretty well. Im up to 216lbs, benched 360lbs last week which was awsm. Bought ready to start leaning back down... Since ive bulked from the mid 180's ive went from 9% body fat to 15.3%!Jebus wrote:
