Nice.  Today is leg day for me too.  Things have been going pretty well.  Im up to 216lbs, benched 360lbs last week which was awsm.  Bought ready to start leaning back down... Since ive bulked from the mid 180's ive went from 9% body fat to 15.3%!

Yeah i feel fat as fuck.  Nothing like packing on 30+lbs in a five months. Really though they are solid gains see as ive gained 30lbs and only 6% is fat.

Yeah, its fun to train legs, but i dread it leading to it, and dread it for like three days after it.

Had chest/triceps today.

Looked up some specific Bench Press form videos on youtube, and tried today with shoulder blades pulled back, and a bit more arch in my back.
Went immediatly from my 50-55KG plateau to 60KG, and I hope to keep continuing, didn't feel my shoulder either

Hey guys, nice to see this thread is still moving along nicely. I havn't had time to hit the weights lately, but I turned 19 today and I wanna be looking well for the oul summer hols so I'll be hitting it hard come Monday.

Haha, it's always... "I'll start Monday"/"I'll start on the 1st" etc... Then when you miss that day/date you gotta start on the next significant date (The next monday) and the cycle continues.
