Can't join A friend's party

So i've been playing mw2 with a friend of mine for a while but since like 4 days we have not been able to join each other's party.
We had no problem what so ever before now if we try to join it jsut says "unable to join party"...
Btw its MW2 on pc.

and both our NAT are open.

I have the same problem with my Cousin all the time. If I put myself outside my routers built in firewall it fixes the problem. Otherwise, if both of you join somebody else's party you should have no problem.

Do you think using Hamachi to create a LAN will solve the problem?
